Mr. Gainor, based in Reston, Virginia, is a Senior Vice President with Guidance Residential where he is responsible for product development, Shariah structuring and compliance as well as all regulatory oversight and licensing. 

He has over 20 years of diversified professional experience as a lawyer, accountant and financial product engineer.

Prior to joining Guidance, Mr. Gainor served as Managing Partner in the London office of The International Investor (“TII”), a prominent Islamic investment bank. 

Prior to London, he spent four years in TII’s Kuwait based corporate headquarters where he chaired its product development committee and had primary responsibility for its wholesale distribution strategy.

Mr Gainor is a licensed attorney, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. 

He earned his BA in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and both his JD and LLM in Taxation from The University of Miami School of Law.

Zoe is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in South Carolina and Certified Fraud Examiner with a passion for the clients she serves in her local community.  

She has more than 20 years of experience in assurance, accounting and tax services at regional and local CPA firms.

She provides attest, assurance and contracted controller services to employee benefit plans, homeowner associations, membership organizations, religious organizations, museums, foundations and other non-profits. 

Zoe enjoys performing assurance and outsourced controller services by adding value in a fun and stress free process to the financial reporting needs for clients. 

Zoe is equipped to offer consultation services regarding employee benefit plan compliance and administration, homeowner associations and she assists startup non-profits with organizational structure and internal controls. 

She genuinely enjoys her work, her colleagues and the clients that she serves.  

Her mission is to help others achieve their own successes.  You will often to keep it simple when dealing with the complexities of accounting.  

Nakhli is a founder and partner of a wealth advisory firm, an ex-executive of an international financial group, where he held positions of treasurer, head of trading and general manager of its securities arm.

Nakhli has sat on the board of trustees of an international school and is presently a member of the supervisory board of a HK based investment fund.

Nakhli holds a master’s degree in economics from Sorbonne University in Paris, France.
